Blair is a graduate of Penney High School in Hamilton, Missouri and went on to study political science and criminology at Northwest Missouri State University.  After graduating from Northwest, Blair spent a year working as a Legislative Assistant in Jefferson City where she spent her time writing statutes and experiencing the entire legislative process from formation to activation. Blair then attended law school at the University of Missouri where she was a member of Phi Delta Phi, Phi Alpha Delta and Women’s Law Association. After law school, Blair worked for a title company where she specialized in real estate law, estate planning, and 1031 exchanges.

Since joining the firm in 2023, Blair has expanded her practice to include business litigation, with a specialization in landlord/tenant matters, business organization and governance, civil and municipal litigation, and probate administration.

Married with a young son, Blair spends her free time enjoying the outdoors, swimming and traveling with her family.
