Will became interested in the law early, in a seventh grade legal education class. The following year in his social studies class, he took part in a mock trial in which he defended an abolitionist in the raid on Harpers Ferry and by the time he graduated from high school—first in his class—in Tucson, Arizona his career path was set.

Will studied Government and Public Affairs at Missouri Western State University, graduating magna cum laude, and continued that strong academic career through law school. He was on Washburn University’s Jessup International Law Moot Court team, and graduated with Dean’s Honors.

Will is married to his wife, Devon, and they have a daughter, Sloane. He serves on the Board of Saint Joseph Museums, Inc.
